Excellent apartment complex

Prices are great for the size of the apartment, ammenities, free coffee, laundry, a huge business center, gym, fire pit, grills. Pool, and the list goes on. The staff are soooo helpful. :) You should move in you'll be glad you do. I sure am.

Nice Place to live

I have lived here for a couple of weeks and it is a very nice place. The apartments are very well kept up. Maintenance has been great about getting my service requests taken care of quickly. I hope to live here a long time. My only complaint is the parking. Many times I have had to park in front of another building. Also if I have company after 8pm they have to move their car to the front of the complex where there is visitor parking and walk back to my apartment or they will get towed.

Absolutely love it here...

Everything from the friendly and helpful property management and maintenance staff to the perfect loft floor plans -- couldn't be happier with our decision. Anytime we have had a minor issue with something like a defective ice maker in our freezer to pesky ant problem (that time of year), the staff has responded immediately and corrected the issue. The community and apartments themselves are very quiet. The grounds are kept clean, amenities are great, I never have an issue with parking, great location, move in process was painless. I never want to leave my apartment which is something I thought I'd never say. Great job to everyone at Hawthorne Glen. You guys rule.

Hawthorne A Community We Call Home

We have lived here for almost 7 years and have really enjoyed everything going on since Hawthorne has taken over! Things look so much more modern; nice clean. Helpful staff; they go way beyond their duties when it comes to special events. For instance the pool party on 6/11/16. Diana, Jennifer, Paul and John worked so hard to get everything ready, make sure things went smoothly and that all residents and guests had a great time. I love the new webpage. The only thing I wonder about if the elderly residents are able to keep up with the news here? The signs of things happening placed at the gate are helpful too! I LOVE the webpage! However, I am a techky... The only suggestion I would have is to have something for a playground area to make the place kid friendly as well as dog friendly.. I am grandma age but I love seeing all the kids in the area. They are all well behaved. They know the rules. Ms Diana makes sure they do! One last item, I feel there needs to be a light in front of the office between the office front door and the area near the mailboxes. Especially during the fall and winter months. It is a very dark area when the daylight goes down early. I also love the lights in the pool. I have not noticed them on lately. Paul and John do an excellent job with maintenance. Diana runs the place well; sometimes we aren't always on the same page but we always work it out. Jennifer -- enjoy that new babyl!!!

A huge THANK YOU to our property manager Diana. Due to our own fault we were in a difficult situation and required assistance. Without hesitation Diana immediately helped us out, even though it was NOT her job to do so. THANK YOU so much - this was totally awesome!

You all rock

I finally made it to the 21st century and logged into the portal...ALMOST everything here is fantastic...parking can be a real pain in the rear - however I do appreciate the recent notice sent out to have guests park in the proper places/towing. I don't know what else could fix the problems except assigned spaces. The only other thing missing is recycling - there's gotta be a way to have recycling here - I mean humans have landed on the moon, we should be able to make recycling happen somehow, right? :) Thanks for being awesome!
